I did NOT get paid for offers that I completed and had to pay for with my credit card. I did 3 paying offers which were completed and was in pending for 3 days. On the 4 th day they were gone from pending but I did not get paid for these offers even though they got charged to my Credit Card. I contacted one to see if Cash Crate got paid and they said "Yes, That offer was paid by them" I understand that they (Cash Crate) are now under investigation for fraud because they are NOT paying their members for the paying offers. I am still waiting for an explanition from Cash Crate.

After I found out about them being under investigation I didn't have to report them but I am keeping an eye on the results of this investigation. I don't think there will be anything done about it if the advertisers who pay them doesn't stop using them to advertise. They make money even if the members don't. I have heard that they are not the only program that does that. This happens mostly with the free credit reports which is hard to cancel and with webs.com. which you have to call at least 3 times to get it canceled. My credit card was charged 3 time by both of them.

That's awful! I hope that doesn't happen again.

I have dropped out of 3 of these survey sites because I was losing more than I could make because they would charge my CC then not pay the owners of the survey site for offers completed by the members, Therefore the survey sites owners couldn't pay me. One has dropped the credit report company because of this. If more would do the same they would start paying or lose their advertising. At least there are some that can be trusted.
