After I found out about them being under investigation I didn't have to report them but I am keeping an eye on the results of this investigation. I don't think there will be anything done about it if the advertisers who pay them doesn't stop using them to advertise. They make money even if the members don't. I have heard that they are not the only program that does that. This happens mostly with the free credit reports which is hard to cancel and with webs.com. which you have to call at least 3 times to get it canceled. My credit card was charged 3 time by both of them.
